Here are the results of HDDs scanning.
With SeaTools, one drive is 100% healthy. In the other one, SeaTools finds 15 errors, and in 88% scanning stops. Not completed. HDD is in very bad condition.
The same (not completed scan and very bad condition drive) is proove from the HD Tune scan I also made.

As you can see in the second picture of damaged drive (HD Tune), scanning cannot be completed, as in SeaTools.
After all that, I have a couple of questions:
a. I have decided to make a clean Windows install in just one SATA drive. No RAID. In order to do so, I have to enter RAID BIOS, delete RAID 0, and then proceed to the one drive installation?
b. If answer to a. is Yes, in order to delete RAID 0, should the 2 RAID drives be connected, or it can be deleted without them on system?
c. For one SATA drive Windows installation, what setting would you beter suggest in BIOS (AHCI, SATA, IDE/SATA in some BIOSes)?
