I left my office today for a meeting at 1:30 pm CDT, and had several programs open. When I returned around 4 pm I found a BSOD on both monitors, and my co-worker said it happened shortly after I left. I took a pic of it before rebooting the machine, which I have attached here along with the dump files and perfmon report. Says it's "bugcode_usb_driver". Does that mean I need to follow the steps and download this fix in this thread?

Machine is a Dell Studio XPS about 1 1/2 years old.
- Windows 7 x64 OEM. original installation
- SP1 installed thru Windows Update maybe 1 month ago
- no new USB devices have been installed in many months, probably not since the machine was new. Every now and then I plug in various different USB thumb drives but never have issues.

As I said the BSOD happened with no input happening. Computer was just sitting with various programs open. I suppose it could have happened when the Blank Screen screensaver was supposed to activate after 5 minutes, or when the monitors were supposed to shut off after 10 minutes. If the attached files give any indication of time of the dump, please note that the last input occurred about 13:30 CDT.

Virtually all of these were Related to usbehci.sys Microsoft USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller Miniport Driver.

I would run a system file check to verify (and repair) that file.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Let us know the results from the report at the end.
