Hello,

I'm continuously dropping BSOD every few minutes or so on my HP HDX 18. Below is the usual fault I'm receiving. I've received a few other codes that are listed in the attached dump files. (Attachment has files as requested in Posting Instructions thread)

See specs below. I've searched numerous forums and found conflicts in memory, drivers or anti-virus programs. I've pulled the memory sticks out and reseated them. Also ran msdos memory tests and all results were "OK". I'm running ZoneAlarm Security Suite. When I disable the software it doesn't seem to recreate the BSOD but I haven't fully tested system in attempt to recreate. The system is a little over a year old. It was originally installed with VISTA. I reinstalled Windows 7 x64 yesterday while formatting the primary install drive. It wasn't until I installed the Nvidia graphics adapter installed from the OEM website that the BSOD happened. (After reboot).

That's pretty much all I know at this point. Thank you.

Well with driver verifier enabled the driver that crashed was, you guessed it Zone Alarm, specifically vsdatant.sys. I suggest you remove zone alarm, and turn off driver verifier.

Let us know if you need help

Done and done. I uninstalled Zone Alarm after I posted this new thread and I haven't been able to recreate the BSOD. Been running fine for the last 30+ minutes with no BSOD. Usually I can't make it 5 minutes before it crashes. Thanks for your confirmation and help. Cheers!
