Have you recently added new hardware/software since installing? Or is this the happening since the first boot?

To tell the story short again,

I bought the pc...
it went good for about 2-3 weeks

Then it started with vista... bsod's on first boot of the day (then not anymore)

I use my pc for school so I cannot miss it, so I didn't bring it back to the store,

Now with windows 7 it gives an start error (crashes at first boot of the day)
And today I had the error again, chose 'repair' option at second boot,
That gave me the same old bsod Vista used to give me...

pretty weird if you ask me :-s
Since I have done this many clean installs, I'm sure it's not software related,

Might be a faulty hardware piece?
But then again, Why only on first boot of the day

Hi,jeutie, download and install a program called RADARSYNC,let it do its thing,it will search your PC for a couple of minutes, and then tell you what is missing on your system, install each one of the items that it finds one by one,and then tell me how you get on,hope this helps.

There should be no difference between the first or last boot of the day as when the machine switches off all memory is cleared & it's basically reset. Very strange error you've got there

I've just downloaded this & it seems like a sound bit of kit.....Wait for it....LOL

But.... i get this error after downloading 1 of many updated drivers. To be honest it might just be my chipset. But, i'll keep hold of this as it could come in very handy in later times :)

Actually I have not thought of that because the desktop is pretty new...

I got an MSI X58 Platinum SLI So i'll look for newest...
But I got to say I am not familiar with flashing the bios

*Edit*
I see 3.1 of the bios is out...
changelog says:
- Update CPU module.
- Improved memory compatibility.

That .zip file is coming up invalid.

A quick google of d1 is coming up with:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

So fair chance it's a dodgy driver. When the machine blue screens, does it give you a file? ie ****.sys

Yes Orbital Shark I think this a great little program, and it has fixed so many problems on peoples PCs ,because people dont seem to realise that if you dont have your chipset drivers up to date ,that it causes an awful lot of problems to your PC,and each depending on the hardware,as you will understand.

The nVidia Storage Manager driver nvstor.sys has tried to write to either a bad pointer or a good pointer at the wrong interrupt request level. You should update your chipset drivers to update this driver. You will be warned about installing the driver -- do it anyway. Perform a backup or create a system restore point before doing it though, just for safety sake.
