BSOD's playing (WoW,WoT,LoL) ,VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)

Hello people
I have been getting BSOD crashes while playing said games or on rare occasions ,just on desktop .As you can see i have been playing games that need low system quality(playing wow on lowest settings even) and i kinda believe my system is overqualifying those games.
Anyways specific thing about my crashes is, really loud noise from my speakers for 3 seconds then crashing to restart .This loud noise made me believe there is some electricity anomality on my motherboard,my speakers convert this electric breakdown into loud noise.Though i am no expert on this matter,i feel i have to inform you about this loud noise.
Also for your information , I actually never see blue screen itself ,monitor goes dark then restart before any blue screen.
So i uploaded my logs like said in "how to open BSOD thread".Hope you guys can help me .

After format with clean system yesterday,i got a new crash ,same as before.Only installed programs are in the jpg i linked.It happened while playing World of Tanks,just alt-tabbed to game and crash happened.No video stream/music was playing at the background.I was just surfing.
Also after crash and restart,just after four-color windows logo on black background,PC restarted again before desktop came.
