hey guys

i am new here, and nice to meet every one who responds to this post......

i am having this problem pretty much every day.....before it got so worse that it crashed my hard drive and my partition corrupted. so i had to reinstall windows 7 again...and now it is occurring again, i mean i think it has some thing to do with the drivers, or going to standby, or just too much hard drive usage....it happens when i am downloading some thing and leave my computer on over night, or during the day....

any help would be appreciated,,,, because i dont want to loose all of my files.:cry:

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.

Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

Hello,

Start by installing SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Could you please upload a jcgriff2 report? See here: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

While waiting for a reply, start on some hardware diagnostics.
