Look at your Devices and see if it cleared the problem. I have a hunch it did't since this may not be the right driver. You may have to contact Packard Bell support for the right driver.

Tv tuner is still undetected therefore no signal for the tv. Also, there is still no driver for teh Multimedia Controller, :(
I wrote a letter to Packard Bell and they replied:

"Hello, Thank you for contacting Packard Bell.

Regarding your enquiry,

Any notebook or desktop PC that has been purchased at either, Currys, Dixons or PC World is not currently supported by Packard Bell directly. The Dixons Store Group have purchased all warranty terms from Packard Bell, therefore for any software or hardware support please contact the “The Tech Guys” on 0844 800 6020 and they will be happy to repair the machine (if a hardware problem exists) or provide support for your operating system supplied with the machine.

Packard Bell are unable to provide any support or customer service in lieu of the above."

Jim thank you very much for spending your time helping me. :)

Sorry we couldn't find the right driver. I was on the Packard Bell UK site and that was all I could find. You may have to uninstall that AVerMedia package. Let us know what you find.

Hello smgscscqt,

Did you ever resolve this? I have exactly the same issue with the same oneTwo which I had delivered yesterday.

Phoned Tech Team and they told me to try unistalling the multimedia device completely from device manager and then search for new hardware. If that didn't work they said try a full system recovery.

Then just got a email response from Packard Bell who have advised me to repeatedly tap ALT+F10 during boot up to restore to factory settings.

haven't had a chance to try any of the above yet as at work, will try it tonight. It all goes without saying that if you trying any of this, backup your data first.

I actually haven't. I wrote a letter to Packard Bell about this and they replied that there is nothing they can as they have a warranty to the store I bought :( I called tech guys and said that i should just uninstall the multimedia controller-this has an error(yellow triangle with exclamation mark). I went back to Currys, where I bought it. they say just install the driver form packard bell website. it didn't work. The store won't even change my computer as they said the problem was just the hard drive not the physical computer. I haven't tried to use the reboot method you mentioned. I may try it tonight. :)
