Did you ever resolve this? I have exactly the same issue with the same oneTwo which I had delivered yesterday.
Phoned Tech Team and they told me to try unistalling the multimedia device completely from device manager and then search for new hardware. If that didn't work they said try a full system recovery.
Then just got a email response from Packard Bell who have advised me to repeatedly tap ALT+F10 during boot up to restore to factory settings.
haven't had a chance to try any of the above yet as at work, will try it tonight. It all goes without saying that if you trying any of this, backup your data first.
