What .iso? Am I supposed to turn the program (Partition Wizard) into an iso?

I have my hard drive partitioned.

What is data? I looked up the definition but I still don't understand.
Are my word documents considered as data? Are mp3 files data?

Any partition can be named Data. It is just a name. What counts is what's in the partition. And yes, documents, music files, videos, etc. are user data. But there are also system files that you would call system data.
