Cached fills up physical memory

From the moment I turn on my computer the cached memory slowly goes higher and higher until it gets to 90%+ physical memory usage and I have to restart. I'm really not good with computers so I have no idea what's going on.

Windows 7 memory management will attempt to cache as much as it can. This is a good thing as you do not have to read cached data from disk. Cached memory is still available for other programs to use if needed.
