hi i,m new here

i relly have a problem in my laptop

whene i want to send a file via bluetooth

a window comes up saying :bluethooth device not found

how can i fix this please

Do you have a bluetooth driver and is it normally working? Check in Device Manager whether there is a yellow triangle.

yes i have
it was working normally but after 2 monthes it stopped
whene serch for the bluetooth software in the start menu i don,t find it

Does your computer have bluetooth capability?

On this matter and to help us better help you, would you please do the following:

HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR SYSTEM SPECS

In the line at the top of www.SevenForums.com you will see UserCP.
That is an abbreviation for User Control Panel.
Click on UserCP.
In the left-hand column, under Your Profile you will see Edit System Spec.
Click on Edit System Spec
You can copy and paste from the output of Speccy, Speccy - System Information - Free Download to fill out much of the info. Be sure to use the Other Info section of your System Specs for such info as your optical drive, your wireless adapter, your speakers, etc.

What device are you sending a file from? to your computer?

Or are you sending from your computer to a device?

Maybe the device is the conflict.

This isn't a direct solution, but I've found a USB cable to be superior.

If your phone has a USB connector, then connect the phone to your computer.


Give win 7 a chance to automatically find your phone.

You will probably find that you can drag and drop songs and pics easily from your computer to your phone.

YES I HAVE NOKIA PC SUIT AND IT WORKS NORMALLY AND I CAN DRAG SONGS TO MY PHONE BUT ALL I WANT IS TO MAKE THE BLUETOOTH WORKS AGAIN SO I CAN SEND AND RECIEVE FILES LIKE ANY OTHER PC
