I have a Dell N4110, Windows 7 Home Premium, 640GB drive and 4 GB of Ram.
I am trying to set this computer up for an 11 year old Chinese boy and his Mom to use. I am giving them this computer as a gift as they are very poor and he needs a computer for school.
The boy needs to use the computer in English and the Mom needs to use the computer in Chinese (Simplified).
I was wondering if there is a way to do this with this Laptop. I was hoping to set it up so that when you turn on the computer it would boot to a screen where they could choose English or Chinese and then it would boot to that option.
Is it only possible to do this using Windows 7 Ultimate with the Multilingual User Interface from Microsoft downloadsand even then can it be done as I have described?
Thank you in advance.
