Can I Pin a Folder to the Start Menu?

Hello, I hope you are well.

With the additional of Jump Lists, I see a lot of potential for new things. Right now, I am hoping we can somehow pin a folder to the Start Menu. For example, after installing Microsoft Office, a folder is automatically created with applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Publisher. Is there any way I can pin that Microsoft Office folder to the Start Menu and maybe use Jump Lists or something like Jump Lists to list the applications?

Thanks!
Vic

Thank you for replying. I tried that but that only pins the folder, without the feature to see the files in the folder unless I click on the folder. What I am trying to achieve is seeing the files in the folder in a menu-type display (kind of how Jump Lists look like). Any thought on whether that is possible or not?

Thanks! And I apologize for all these questions. I got Windows 7 recently, have tried a lot of tweaking guides, but now am stuck on a few things. I hope I'm not being a bother (I'll be sure to help others in this forum once I get more used to Windows 7 - hopefully, but the release of the final version on October 22, 2009).

Hello, Shawn, thanks for the recommendation.

Unfortunately, that program only creates Jump Lists that are displayed in the Task Bar. I'd like to create a Jump List (or I guess I can call it a "menu item of a folder") in the Start Menu.

Oh, and since you're an administrator, I should point out that in the links in the tutorial to the program aren't working. The person who created the program seems to have closed the site (or the site has been down since at least a few days ago, when I first saw it).

Thanks.
