Solved Can I safely remove the program icons from the all programs list?

I would like to right click and delete most of the icons in that list with the red arrows. Is that totally safe to do? :geek:

You can delete any item from that list, but I'm not aware that you can keep the item, but delete its icon---if that is what you mean.

In a word Yes.

But for added piece of mind I'd suggest creating a folder on your desktop and moving the shortcuts to there in case you need to restore any of them.

Yes you can, they are shortcuts after all. most if not all of the shortcuts can be found here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
Deleting them wont effect the program.
