I just recently upgraded my system with a new motherboard, and can finally support 2 pcie cards. So now I am running with the GT430 I got with my computer, and my gtx 550ti that i replaced that one with.
I thought there is no longer any need for the old half gig 8400 gs pci card that I had been using as a second. I was about to remove it, when i remembered talk about using an old card only for physx, to help out the better card/s.
Would this actually help me out any more? is there anything else I can do with it, or should I just remove the card and help airflow in the case.
I ask about this one first, as I know that only nvidia cards can be used for physx, but I also have a radeon hd 5450 sitting around, and a 3rd pcie slot not in use, but I'm not sure if it can actually help.
