Can not re install a gadget

Hi guys.. Need some help!... I downloaded Multimeter 2.1 and installed it, tried it out and then uninstalled it.. I then later decided to play with it a bit more and re installed th gadget.. but now after I install it, it is not showing up on my gadget list... help!!!

1: Uninstall the gadget and exit Sidebar by ending the Sidebar.exe process from task manager.

2: Go to %localappdata%\microsoft\Windows Sidebar and go to the Gadgets folder and delete the gadget file(gadget installed by you).

2: Open %localappdata%\microsoft\Windows Sidebar and rename the Settings.ini file to something like SettingsOld.ini and Restart your computer.

3: Try installing the gadget again.
