GianniR,

Let's try to find the cause...

:info: Please use the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Download: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/
Select the version that applies to your system.
Save it to your Desktop.

Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
When the tool opens click Yes to the disclaimer.

Press the Scan button.

The tool makes a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory from which the tool is run (Desktop).
:ar: Please provide the FRST.txt in your reply.

The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log: Addition.txt
:ar: Also post the Addition.txt in your reply.

:info: Next, download the Farbar Service Scanner

Save to the Desktop
  • Make sure the following options are checked:
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center
    • Windows Update
    • Windows Defender
  • Press: Scan
  • FSS creates a log, FSS.txt, on the Desktop.
:ar: Please provide the FSS.txt in your reply

Also, please run the following:

:info: Please download CKScanner
Important: - Save it to the Desktop.
Right-click CKScanner.exe, and select: Run as administrator
Click: Search For Files

When the cursor/circle disappears, click: Save List To File
A message box verifies the file saved.

:ar: Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your Desktop, and provide the contents in your next reply.

First I would recommend you to check if the Windows Firewall service is started and its startup type is set to Automatic. To do this, follow these steps.

1. Click Start, type services, right click on Services item from the list, click “Run as administrator”.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
2. From the list of services, double click on Windows Firewall, change the startup type to Automatic, click Start and then click ok.

Once the above steps are executed, check for the Firewall settings.
1. Click Start, click Control Panel.
2. Click Security Center, check if the Firewall status is ON.
3. If Firewall status is OFF, then click Windows Firewall in the left pane of the window and adjust the settings.
I would also recommend you to run “Full Service Scan” by visiting the following link.
