Can Someone Help Me Please!!!

Anytime I go to All Programs....and right click at any program or folder....it just cut off or close by itself. I don't understand what may be the problem...I install a fresh copy of Window 7 Ultimate 32-bit...Please tell me whats the problem because it's very annoying.

Try this:
Type cmd in search and right click to run as Admin.
Type

sfc /scannow
