Can you guys help me with using OCCT?

I heard about this benchmark Link - http://www.ocbase.com/ being mentioned over and over so I finally caved in and grabbed it. I turned it on, left all the settings as they were, except for setting the Test Mode to Medium Data Set, as that seems to take up all of my memory. I ran it for 6 minutes, because I just got it and I wanted to post a screenshot of it, so you guys could maybe help me dissect what to look for when testing with this tool. I am interested in stability of my overclock so temps are one of the main concerns. Now I see some temps shown, TMPIN0, TMPIN1, TMPIN2 do you guys know which is which? #2 was the hottest as you can see, so something tells me that is the north bridge, but I could be wrong. Any help in dissecting this and tips on how to run it, and how long to run it are greatly appreciated. I ran this @ a 4.43ghz clock. If I was to run this say, for 12 hours and nothing changed, would that be a good result? What to look for? Any tips appreciated.

Update - I ran It while I was half asleep. About 4 hours, the temps on the north bridge never went above 53, the CPU stayed below 30 and motherboard wasn't even an issue. From what some said, this finds faults with an overclock very fast. It has linpack, gpu 3d, power supply and uses built in HWMonitor to look at temps. At the end of every run you are presented with a bunch of txt files. I don't quite know how to read them yet, and I've ran it quite a few times setting it up, so I am going to have to sort through them to make sense of any of this. But so far my 4.4 24/7 OC is stable. The version has changed since back then though, it is now up to 4.4.0
