Can you install windows 7 rc by autorun on vista?

I did this with the beta and it worked will it work on the rc?:sarc:

It should do. Are you planning on a clean install or upgrade?

I'm planning on clean install

Clean because upgrades give me problems :S but anyway there will be a folder called windows.old

You will have to run the install from a flash dive http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/7943-install-windows-7-fast-without-dvd-usb-device.html

If you have any sort of secondary storage (flash drive, USB hard disk) you can use the following tutorial

This will allow you to format your machine (after the transfer) and have the cleanest install. Then you can just transfer back.
