Cannot access links

I'm logged in as system administraror, yet when I try to access links I get the message: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. How do I undo restrictions?

Hello and welcome to the forums TNHick!

I assume you are referring to the error you get from trying to open hyperlinks in Outlook, yes?

If so, a potential solution can be found from Microsoft on their website.
