OK so I set the setting to RAID and it booted! I am currently backing everything up to my external with a system image of C:
I'm sure this was not the original problem, you guys probably solved that. I think I created this last problem along the way. I wish I could say I learned my lesson to research things first before I try them but that's not the kind of person I am, that's why I'm so neurotic about backups.
