Cannot Connect Using Ethernet Cable

I recently reinstalled windows and on a new hard drive and now it says my ethernet controller needs to be update. Without it i cannot use the internet without connecting to wifi, how do i update it?

Desktop or laptop ?

I`ll assume it`s a laptop, you have to download your wireless drivers from your pc manufacturers website, from another pc. Download them to a usb drive then install on your pc.
