Solved Cannot find my language bar

A very important feature my Dell laptop has had, is the Japanese language bar, which has allowed my wife to e-mail friends and family using Japanese Hiragana symbols. This feature has been available until June 16, when I reluctantly downloaded the new Windows 10 due to a recommendation from Staples employees, who told me that if I didn't download it, Windows would do it automatically weather I liked it or not. Once I had Windows 10 installed, I shortly found that I totally didn't like it. I have lots of video and photo files, and they didn't open and organize as I'm familiar with on Windows 7. I couldn't even find any of my videos.
After a couple hours struggeling with Windows 10, I went back to the Windows site that I downloaded it on and proceeded to reinstall Windows 7 where they give you the option to go back. Once Windows 7 was reinstalled, the computer seemed to be back to normal, except I cannot set it up for a language bar any more.
I've done everything I can think of to try and fix the problem without success. I purchased the computer through Costco, and even had there free technical support for over an hour trying to help me. I think that the language pack that was loaded on the original Windows Home Premium, wasn't reinstalled.
I've gone through the control panel to set-up the keyboard for Japanese to no avail. Done all the Windows updates. I'm thinking I might need to have the original Windows that came with my computer when purchased, installed. My computer didn't come with a system disk for reinstalling.
Any help on solving my problem would be greatfully appreciated.

Thanks
Lamar

If you want to go back to the factory install you can. You have a Dell Inspiron N5010. All Dell's have a hidden partition that will allow you to bring your system back to factory default. First and foremost you need to backup "ALL" Your important data on a removable drive to keep it safe. Here's a link that'll give you the information you need to carry this out. How to Access a Hidden Dell Partition

When you say "go back to factory install", do you mean the original Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit operating system and all other software that came with the computer will be installed?

Can I just download my entire hard drive onto a portable hard drive I have, before I try accessing the hidden partition? It is a Toshiba 1.0 TB portable hard drive? Will that also be backing up all the programs that are installed on my computer.

Yes it'll be like it was out of the box.

You will have to reinstall all your programs so you only need to backup important data like e-mail, ( Only local e-mail like outlook ) bookmarks, pictures and the like.

I'm sorry it's taken so long for me to reply back to Lance 1's answer on how to fix my missing Language bar problem. I was waiting for my son to help me with How to Access a Dell Hidden Partition, and make sure I had all my files backed up first.

I want to report that Lance 1' s solution did work, and we have our Language bar back. My wife is happy. My Dell laptop is just like when I first bought it except for one thing that I've noticed so far. I have the Microsoft Word Starter program, instead of Microsoft Word. I don't know if that will make any difference for me. Probably not.
I have just had to reinstall all my programs and files, which I'm still doing. All the Windows Updates are still installing.

Thanks lance 1 for the help
