Ok so I had this issue where I couldn't get windows update to even download updates. So I fixed that with a couple fix programs that I found linked on here.
Then it downloaded them but proceeded to fail on the restart. Would say configuring addons. Then failed configuring addons, reverting. I then installed them one by one and got all but two to work. I have messed with this for 2 hours now and I even manually downloaded the two and they still do the exact same thing.
They are:
KB974431-x64
KB977074-x64
Error code from WindowsUpdate.log is 80070005
Any ideas?
