Cannot Install MSI files

Hi there,

Im getting Windows installer errors every time I try to install anything related to MSI files. Im running Win 7 Ultimate install from 2020.

My Windows installer service is on. I changed to to automatic.

I tried restarting the service multiple times.

I tried the Environment variables fix and change the TEMP folder name. Did not work.
I looked at some regedit fixes but I do not have the WOW64 folder.
I cleaned my temp files with Ccleaner. No change.

Here are some errors I been getting.

Since it sounds like you're running Windows 7 32 bit, scroll down to the bottom for 32 bit commands.

Are you using an administrator account?

Yes Im using WIn 7 x64 Ultimate. Not 32bit.

Yes my primary account is the Admin. I tried those steps, it did not work.
