Cannot install windows update KB4074598

Hope the exams are going OK?
Just an update.
No changes made to the PC.
Jan, Feb, March monthly roll ups did not install.
All other updates install OK.
Now its April, the April monthly roll up came out and installed flawlessly, no problem what so ever!
Was it just the first three months updates had a problem, I ask because I'm not the only one reporting this issue.
There has to be something very odd going on for April's update to install without any problems, but previous three months updates will not.

Fingers crossed for the exams.

Seems that Microsoft may have botched an update from some of what I've read.
