Cannot load Engadget!!!

I'm running IE8 on W7, fully patched.

About a week ago I found I was unable to load the www.engadget.com page. The browser was report as "not responding" trying to load about.blank. No other web page has been affected,

I've reset my IE8 security and it now freezes "waiting for http://[URL="http://www.engadget.com"]www.engadget.com[/URL]/".

I have run a full security scan, which was clear, and I have checked my IE add-ons and there is nothing unusual. I have also Google'd the problem and can find nothing.

Anybody got an idea what this is.

Try to reset internet explorer

Thanks for that. I'd reset security without luck, but the full reset did it.
