Solved Cannot open my downloads folder

The icon of my downloads folder is blank. Whenever I click it, it says, "Explorer.EXE This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default programs control panel." Someone please tell me how to fix this :(.
