Hmm - post your Event Logs, and I'll see if anything hits me from there...

Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
Save the file as Appevt.evtx
Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

I don't understand how this is possible. I specifically worked with a Microsoft rep on this and was ensured that the product was genuine. This was a second hand PC, but again, Microsoft specifically assured me the license was genuine and valid. I did install a program suggested in a forum called KSipico in an effort to fix this, but it did not and I uninstalled.

Very odd - the Key (as it was in the earlier post) is a System Builder one, which doesn't (normally) use a KMS activation - but there is obviously an activation hack present, from the Event log.

I'll have to play a bit with a virtual machine and see if I can work out what to do.
Meanwhile, is there an entry for the KMSpico in the Programs listing? - or an uninstall option in a start menu entry?

If so, please uninstall it, and post a new MGADiag report.
