Cannot Update KB2800095,KB2908783,KB2952664

For the past one month I am trying to install these updates.
It downloads, installs and while restarting at about 25 % it says," failure to install, restarting..
Ultimately the updates are not installed.

I do not know this connected to this update problem or not ;
blue tooth devices .. the device shows up in the devices window, but then it says cannot install drivers
Now i cannot use my blue tooth mouse or connect blue tooth from phone
USB devices, Some usb devices cannot install, especially the newer ones The old ones that i was using earlier still works.Plug and Play USB mouse not working

I tried going to an earlier restore point. This also failed.

Laptop is Samsung NP 900X3c A031d, running windows 7 64 bit.

I tried the steps suggested.
Step 1 SURT
Downloaded Hotfix KB947821
Result Th following downloads were not installed
Step 2 sfc Scan
Resukt Windows Resource Protectiondid not find any integrity violation
Step 3
3 important updates selected. KB2800095,KB2908783,KB2952664
Download OK
Installation OK. But during restarting failure to install updates, reverting to earlier configuration
Step 4
I am not able to upload the Zip file . Maybe because of the size 12 Mb

Remove the older CBSPersist cab files from the archive, and try uploading the data again -

All the important logs are actually missing - CBS.log, CheckSUR.log and windowsupdate.log (at least the latest CBSPersist cab file is also useful, in case the SFC results have rolled out, and to give some history)

Please see if you cen get those uploaded.

Had the same problem. Unable to install KB2800095,KB2908783. Windows will try, fail, reboot, nothing is installed.

Installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, cleaned out a browser hijacker, rebooted the machine, tried windows update again, SUCCESS!!
