I have had this wireless printer for a few months hooked up to my router and it's worked perfectly printing from 2 ipads, my laptop and my wife's laptop.
Now it will not print from my laptop. The other three devices are all working just fine but my laptop give an error when I try to print.
It says:
"The printer is offline.
Check that the printer cable is connected and the printer power is on."
I know that my laptop is connected to the router because I'm typing on this website. I know my printer is connected because it's printing from other devices.
I tried several different changes including removing the printer and re-installing the drivers/software from the website and also the original disk. When doing that I was getting an error saying that I need to logon as administrator to install software...I am logged in as admin so I don't know what's wrong.
I did a restore last night because I had changed so may things and nothing worked.
Any help would be appreciated.
