So,the title says it all.I built a custom built PC,and everything was going awesome. I installed the OS ( W7 Ultimate 64bit) .Since I was really tired after building it,I went to sleep. When I woke up,I turned it on and I couldn't boot into Windows.I just got some message that said : No keyboard detected. System restarting in 15 seconds.

Please help :C

Hello kyri0s. Welcome to the Forum

First, is it possible the keyboard is bad? If it was working just fine before the install then it probably is OK.

First thing I would suggest is to go through your BIOS/UEFI settings and look for an entry for "FastBoot" or similar. Enable quick booting, fast booting and see if that helps.

"Halt on all errors" is a legacy Bios 'feature'. Modern motherboards don't do this by default and will boot without a keyboard attached. I'm guessing that when "FastBoot" is turned off then the BIOS runs all tests and will halt on any error.

Also of interest is whether a USB wired or wireless keyboard is being used. If possible, and on a new build, a PS/2 keyboard may be used if such a port is on the motherboard to access the BIOS and check that Legacy USB is Enabled.

It's a USB keyboard, and it is working properly. There are no issues on it.

After this point , my PC just shuts down. I can't access the BIOS .

You see the message: "USB Device Over Current Status Detected!!"?
That is the problem.

One of your USB devices is defective. Unplug everything USB connected and see if it will boot (without a keyboard or mouse).
Then connect one device at a time until the error reoccurs. That is you bad device.

Otherwise there is a defect in the USB controller, or the connectors.
