Cant burn dvd in windows 7

I am getting an error while trying to burn DVD in windows. I have searched google but couldnt find any fix. I am using "NEC ND-6650A" device. Please help..

Have you tried updating the firmware for the burner, from another user that had this issue the updated firmware was
The latest in that case is: NEC ND-6650A Dell OEM 202c Firmware
