Cant Change Default Program opener for .fsh files

I have a problem to where I accidently changed what opened the .fsh files to be opend by the cmd.exe (Command Prompt) and i can't change it back. (It used to be opened by Windows Shell common dll)

If you have a Restore Point from just before the change, that should change it back.

Can you change it here: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Associations
