As Arc said your VGA card has no drivers installed. Can you give any info on what it is other than it's a Trident? One thing is it may be too old for w7 to support drivers for it other than the generic one, which it is using.
Trident filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in January 2012. http://www.kccllc.net/trident
They sold many different models but a driver may be found somewhere.
