Can't change security premissions

I changed the name of the admin user. Now I can't change the security permissions. How do I fix this?

What shows under the security tab now?

Windows has a bug where if you change the name of the admin account, it will not change it in the users profile folder. So whatever it was named stays like that and is not able to be changed as far as I know without a reinstall.

What security permissions and on what object are you trying to change?

I was trying to change AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets It shows Sim tester which is the username I was using to test my sims 3 games
