Hi All,

I have an issue with my machine: I can't copy any files onto pendrives or SD cards, unless I'll run Windows in Safe mode, everything works OK (all the pendrives or SD cards are working fine).

Tried to fix dll's, scanned for Virus even managed to format one pendrive (thought it was broken at first) but still couldn't copy any files.

The error I am getting: You'll need to provide administrator permission to copy to this folder.

I don't even have to mention that I am administrator?

Any ideas?

Hello and welcome stanitr mate are you the only user on this machine an if so then you are the admin.

Just run these for starters
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs

I know you have scanned for malware but I don't know what with but can you scan with these please

Hi ICIT2LOL,

Scanned with ESET Endpoint security (deep scan). Disk is fine, checked for that too.

I am pretty sure it has something to do when my laptop is connected to the AC Adapter, this is where I can't copy any files! (weird)
