I can't turn on guest account or even the built in admin account i tried making new accounts but still won't work. when ever i try to lo in it says " the user service service failed to log in profile cannot be loaded" . i am usiny my own profile which is administrator it's the only profile i have used and am able to use.
I tried changing things through the regedit doing all three options that Microsoft recommends but they don't apply because when i create a new account it doesn't make a folder in the profile list.
can anyone help ? I've tried everything
I have a Sony vaio running windows 7 ultimate x64
Nope I've tried doing all of those options in that tuttorial already . The thing is when I created an account. Windows doesn't create a sid folder for that account. So I can't do any of those options.
I've even tried adding a user through local groups...
I wonder if it's a problem with "don't allow temporary users " or something like that as it says on the tutorial but I'm not sure how to change that configuration.

The user account's profile folder in "C:\Users" doesn't get created until you log in to the account for the first time. When that get's created, the SID key in the registry will get created.

And that's exactly where I'm at. Stuck in a loop then. I created a new account but can't login because I get that error message. So it seems impossible to create an account ?
