Can't delete files even in built-in Administrator

my problem is that once i'm running the administrator account, i still don't have access to delete files. is there any way around this?

usually the way it works with certain files are that you need to take ownership before you are able to access and manipulate the file (in your case delete)

right-click the files and/or folders in question and there should be a take ownership....
after doing that you should be able to delete the file/s in question...;)
