can't pin icons to taskbar

when i right click on the running program icons on the task bar, it doesn't show "pin this program to taskbar" on the jump list.

and when i unpin any pined icons and try to pin again it won't work....

please help.....

Search in Start menu . Right click on the program you want to pin .. and see if the option is there . Like this

First, have a screenshot using snipping tool


Then attach it using the paper clip icon in the reply box

Also try holding down the shift key when you right click, this gives you more options.

and then it worked like new.
