can't see my HDD

hi everyone, its me again.:)
ok, my problem is that i have two HDD, one of them i use to install OS. Which is working fine, i have it partition into Music, Application, & Local Disk. What happen to my other HDD? It don't show up on my system. it does show on BIOS. And i do not set it as RAID. Can someone help. Thanks

yup it does, it show devices are working properly. and they are SATA.

i'm sorry, i think i misunderstand your earlier reply. It doesn't show on Disk Management. But it does show that i do have the drive installed properly on Control Panel>System>Devices Manager>Disk Drives.. (I do see both of my drives). I just don't see it from My Computer.

HDD partition.jpg
It show Disk 1 (PHIM). I can right click but can't explore it. Also i dont see that on My Computer
