I have a home network and set it up on my windows 7 laptop. It has died and now I have built a new pc tower running windows 7. I watch all my movies and tv programs stored on my NAS on my media player. I have mapped access to the NAS but want to be able to see it in homegroup instead. I could see the NAS and Media player on the laptop in Homegroup before it died.

How can I get them to show under Homegroup?

Please help.

Did you create a new homegroup with the new PC and perform the same steps you did initially to get the NAS/Media player to work with your old laptop?

I have been into the router settings and put in the mac and ip addresses (see attached). They did show up in the ethernet tab as well on there own.
