Cant update Intel driver

I cant update my Intel Chipset 82945G,my current driver version is 8.15.10.1930.
I downloaded the Intel Update Advisor and when i press install latest driver,it says update Failed.
And when i download the driver installer from the website it says its updating but when i restart my PC the version stays the same.

Please help

I have a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
4 GB RAM
Intel Pentium Dual-Core 2.66

your motherboard model? you can see that through dxdiag (System Manufacturer and system model) please or manually look inside you PC.

but i cant see any chipset driver for windows 7. I will not also recommend to install the vista 64 bit.

anyone any advice?

Is it possible for me to install new chipset graphics
And is it possible for me to install Intel HD 3000 or 4000 graphics.
