Solved Can't upgrade IE errors

Hey, I am having the exakt same problem but can't seem to find the file you uploaded in the onedrive!

Would be very helpful if you could help me out since this is stopping me from getting win10 since I cant install IE11

sfc /scannow, gives no errors whatsoever...

AS you can see, there are rather a lot of problems!

I'll post a fix protocol when I can...

I've uploaded a file - sqnaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder sqnaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

There was no manifests folder in the archive, maybe you missed it? but I extracted the packages folder :)

Running a CheckSur right now anyway!

Sorry - there was no need for a manifests file, but I forgot to modify the boilerplate :)

There's been no change in the CheckSUR - are you sure that you copied only the CONTENT of the folder, and not the folder itself?

Figured something was wrong, still got the same amount of errors...

Just re-did anything again, I copied only the files to "C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\servicing\Packages"

Now I only have 4 errors! However I still cant install the dreaded kb2670838 update, it still returns error: 800B0100

I've uploaded a file - sqnab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder sqnab in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folders inside it ( Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages


Run CheckSUR again

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Just ran checksur again with the files! And now I could install the update! Even solved my problems with not being able to get the Win10 Update!
