Cbs. Log error

Plz Someone Help Me...
I am Facing lots of problem in my laptop...It shows your windows files may be corrupt or missing.

Then i run the cmd program and run the sfc/scannow, This scan take some time and after that it shows
''Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log''


Plz someone tell me How to fix this problem.

Please give the listed items in the blue note box under step 4 of OPTION TWO in the tutorial below a try to see if they may help SFC be able to repair the files afterwards. If not, then post back with your sfcdetails.txt file created in OPTION THREE to see what we can do to help.
