CD/DVD Burner?

Hi guys,
Could you give me any advice for dvd burner @ win7 64bit (native)?
First priority is freeware, but doesn't matter, just i want a excellent and speedy lightweight program (not like nero ).

AFAIK, ImgBurn does not include "drag to disc", but does not Win 7 have all this stuff already built-in?
