i would suggest changing your heatsink entirely, or adding more fans if possible. however it doesn't seem to far fetched. ive yet so see anyone try it though so i wouldn't say.

I can't see an advantage. The value of copper is it's higher thermal conductivity, which is great if the HS is made with it, but it sounds as though you are thinking of simply adding wires between the CPU and HS, and that would raise the HS and leave more space under it, which would have to be filled with thermal paste. Thermal paste is good for filling minor gaps, but I don't think it would work well with major ones.

will attaching copper pieces or wire into heatsink with thermal paste help me bring down my cpu temperature?? :geek::geek:

short answer is NO..it would increase it. if you want a to bring down your CPU temps then use a good air cooled aftermarket cooler or one of the many W/C loops like the Corsair H100.
if your not overclocking your CPU then one of the above will do along with good case fans. Thermal paste is not meant to be thick as it will actually defeat the purpose.
