Hello there, welcome to Seven Forums.

Change shortcut icon - changing shortcut icons(the process is the same for others)
Icofx free program for icon creation, extraction & editing
Iconviewer - the name speaks for itself

It's such a minor thing, don't even worry about it.
The main thing is that the other icons have been changed. ;)

By the way, you can also change to other cool icons right on your system. Just click on the 'Change Icon' link and browse to some of the .dll files that hold icons, like, for example the ones below:

Accessibilitycpl.dll
Compstui.dll
Connect.dll
imageres.dll (imageres.dll is one of the best):
netshell.dll
nvcpl.dll
nvdisps.dll
pifmgr.dll
pnidui.dll
setupapi.dll
Shell32.dll (another good one)
shwebsvc.dll
stcplx64.dll
sud.dll
syncui.dll
themecpl.dll
urlmon.dll
wcnwiz.dll
wininit.dll
wmploc.dll
wpdshext.dll
wuapi.dll

PS My list is from Vista, but the Win 7 .dll files are similar, and you can go through them and find some interesting icons.
