checking file system

Windows 7 pro 64 bit is checking file system on every start up. Completly lost on what to do to stop this. I have already checked the regestery and that seems to be set up correctly as per forum searches. Any help would be greatly appricieated. Thanks inadvance.

The problem seems to have disappeared somehow. Thanks for the link to the other posts. All I really did was remove the window.old files that were on the computer. Dont know if that was what was causeing the problem.
